The hangAIR App allows users to:

• Create an account

• Operate and interact with the Orca™ incliner

• View session insights and wellness trends

• Optionally connect a personal wearable device through Tryterra

• Access supporting content such as guides and tutorials

The App is not a medical device, nor is it intended to provide medical advice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems

• Interfere with the website’s performance

• Copy or distribute any website content without permission

2. IUser Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 16 years old

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

• Not share your account credentials with others

Enterprise users (e.g., corporate wellness teams) may have additional terms through their organisation.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using your email address.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep your login details secure

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Wearable Device Integration (Optional)

The App allows optional integration with your wearable device using Tryterra, a third-party data routing platform.

How it works

• You tap the watch icon in the App

• You are redirected to Tryterra

• You choose exactly what data (if any) to share

• You can revoke permissions at any time

We do not collect wearable data unless you explicitly authorise it on Tryterra

Tryterra processes data under its own Privacy Policy

We never access data you do not choose to share

By using this feature, you also agree to Tryterra’s own terms and privacy statement.

5. App Content & Insights

The App may display:

• Recovery insights

• Breathing, HR or HRV visualisations (if allowed by you via Tryterra)

• Metrics from Orca sessions

• Educational or general wellness content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App

• Interfere with the App’s operation

We may restrict or remove access to users who violate these rules.

7.  Intellectual Property

All content in the App - including software, designs, the Orca™ interface, branding, graphics, and text - belongs to hangAIR Global Ltd or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App solely for its intended purpose.

8. App Updates & Modifications

We may:

• Update the App

• Add, modify, or remove features

We are not obligated to support older versions of the App.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
